35: How to raise your vibe FAST

Jo: Hello, radiant soul. And welcome back to the podcast. If I sound a little nasally it's because I've been battling some kind of sickness, some kind of illness for the past. I don't even know what is today. I'm [00:01:00] recording this on a Thursday. And I got sick on like Saturday. So almost a week now I've been battling some congestion and stuff. So. That's beside the point. That's just disclaimer, if I sound a little weird today. That's what it is. So today's episode is about how to raise your vibration fast. In the manifestation world. We are told, like constantly bombarded with raise your vibration high vibes, only positive vibes, only. Good vibes only. And I want to preface this episode by saying that. While, yes, we need to be in a high vibrational state. We need to raise our vibration to match the frequency of what we're calling in. I also always want people to know that we're not bypassing here. We're not pushing away, the things. That are making us feel lower vibe or not avoiding those things. Right. Are you avoiding your bank [00:02:00] account because that makes you feel bad. Are you avoiding having a conversation in your relationship because you're afraid of how it might go. We're not avoiding things. And the only way that you're going to truly raise your baseline vibration is to address the things that are in your aura that are making up your frequency because if you have lower vibrational things, And didn't stuff in your aura that's, what's going to be attracted to you. And we do this through. A handful of techniques that I won't get into today. But if you find yourself just throughout the day, feeling like. You're a little bit lower vibration and if you're having trouble keeping that vibration high, or if you're having trouble really sitting in the in-state. I'm going to share with you one of my absolute favorite things ever to do, and I share vibrate raisers. Kind of sounds like vibrators, but vibe. V I B E [00:03:00] raisers like we raise things that raise. I was up. I share ribe raisers with my clients. And this one is my go-to hands down because you can do it anywhere at anytime and it's just fun for me at least. So give it a try and see how you like it. So, what you're going to do is go on a gratitude rant. Okay. Gratitude is one of those emotions that sit at the very tip top at the highest of frequencies on the vibrational scale. So if you're wanting to tap into that higher vibration gratitude is hands down the best one, in my opinion, to go with. So by going on a gratitude rant, by going on a gratitude rant you are picking up on all of the things that you have in your life to be grateful for right now. And believe me, there's always, always something to be grateful for. Always, even when we feel like we are at our rock bottom and believe me, I have been there more than once.[00:04:00] We always have things to be grateful for and by showing gratitude for what we already have it signals to not only the universe, but our subconscious mind, our reticular activating system to pick up on more things for us to be grateful for. Right. What you focus on expands so if we're focusing on things that we're grateful for, We're going to be shown more things for which we can be grateful. So in order to do this gratitude rant, it doesn't matter where you are. Just start. And you'll just start by saying thank you for. Thank you for blank, anything right. I typically start with the sky. So I'll start with the sky. I'll start with the clouds. Thank you for the clouds. Thank you for the sun. Thank you for the moon. Thank you for the trees. And I look around me in my environment to see what there is I can be grateful for. Right. Thank you for the trees. Thank you for the rain. We really needed the rain. Thank you for my car. Thank you for my hoodie. Thank [00:05:00] you for my microphone. Thank you for my office. Thank you for my laptop. Thank you for the air in my lungs. Thank you for lungs that function properly. Thank you for my heart. Thank you for my digestive system. Thank you for my body because my body does so much freaking amazing stuff every single day to keep me alive. Thank you for my vision. Thank you for my eyesight because holy shit. There's so much amazing stuff around me that I can see right now so much beautiful stuff that I can take in. Thank you for this giant crystal that I got from my Nana, because it reminds me that my Nana is here with me every single day. Thank you so much for my podcast, because I could, I get to reach women that I may have never been able to talk to you or to teach or to mentor before. Thank you so much for my warm cup of tea. And then after a little while, I'm sure you could hear [00:06:00] my voice and my vibration changing. Like I feel great right now. In the manifestation world when. We are actively manifesting something and we are doing our best to show gratitude for that thing before it's actually in our reality. I don't know about you, but for me, a lot of times that feels really, really tricky. Right where we're like, oh, thank you for the $50,000 in my bank account. And it's not there yet. So your subconscious mind rejects it. It's like no. You don't have $50,000 in your bank account right now. And it feels like a lie. Your bullshit meter starts going off and you're like, nah. That's that's a false hood. You're wrong. What we believe. What is in our subconscious mind. That's what's going to manifest. And if we are trying to show gratitude for something that isn't here yet, and we have that BS meter going off. It's going to just reinforce the fact that we don't have that thing, and it's going to take [00:07:00] longer for that thing to actually come in because we don't believe that we can have it. So with this gratitude rant. After you feel yourself shift into that higher frequency. When you're like, yeah. I'm like, thank you for this tea. It's so amazing. Thank you for the honey that went into the tea because it is soothing my sore throat. Thank you so, so much for this ring light that I got years ago on Amazon it is still holding strong. Thank you so much for X, Y, and Z. And as you're in that space, then you can start adding to your gratitude rant. You can add those things that aren't yet in your reality, that you're manifesting into your reality. So, whatever that looks like. Thank you for this amazing loving relationship. Thank you for my husband. Thank you for. If you're manifesting a monetary amount, thank you for that $50,000 in my bank account. Thank you for that upgraded car, whatever it is that you're manifesting once you're in that space that [00:08:00] high-frequency that high vibrational space. Once you're there, then you can start adding on the things that you're manifesting. And it's going to be easier for those things to then sink into your subconscious mind because you have that big feeling of gratitude and it takes emotion plus the thought plus repetition to get it to sink into your subconscious mind if we're not using techniques that speak directly to the subconscious mind. It takes that emotion paired with the thought plus the repetition. To get it sunk into your subconscious mind so that you can believe it because whatever you believe is going to manifest. So try that out, try out a gratitude rant. And let me know how you like it. I do them all the time when I'm driving. And sometimes I'll even add emotional freedom techniques and with it just as like an added little touch. Gratitude, as you know, is really, really, really, really, really. Oh, it's such an important energy for us to tap into. And it's going to provide [00:09:00] us with that momentum, right. It's going to provide us with that momentum for the things that we want to manifest to come into our lives. And because what we focus on expands we're going to find more and more and more things to be grateful for in our life. It's just going to make your entire life like friggin amazing. Okay.
