The Rise Empire, LLC (“Coach” ) and you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. SERVICES. You are agreeing to participate in the RISE 1:1 Coaching program. The program includes the following:

(a) Private Coaching calls. 
You will receive twelve (12) private and confidential one-on-one coaching calls via Zoom with Jo to help you get clear on your vision, get you into action FAST, and STAY in action!

• Coaching calls will take place weekly and will be scheduled through Calendly.
• Additional hour-long coaching calls are available for purchase. 

(b) Client Portal
You will receive access to your own client portal hosted on Kajabi.

• Kajabi will be your central hub for scheduling weekly calls through Calendly, accessing your Mind-Body-Soul Prescription™, and accessing any other resources discussed on one-on-one calls.

(c) Weekly Mind-Body-Soul Prescription™
Each week, you will receive a Mind-Body-Soul Prescription™ to assist with integrating the major healing and mindset shifts that occur during the one-on-one calls. 

• Each prescription will be discussed during the one-on-one Zoom call and will include one mindset practice, one movement practice, and one spiritual practice.
• Client agrees to consult their physician prior to starting any exercise regimen and understands that RISE is not and does not claim to be an exercise program and does not make any promises regarding or relating to your physical fitness.
• The content in RISE is for informational purposes only. It is based off of my personal and educational journey. Please consult your own Physician or Healthcare Provider to determine if Mind-Body-Soul Prescriptions™ are appropriate for you. 

(d) Personalized Hypnotherapy Audios. 
You will receive 2 custom Hypnotherapy Audios to assist you in reaching your goals, break through limiting beliefs and install new beliefs as discussed and agreed upon during our one-on-one coaching calls.

• Hypnotherapy audios will be delivered via email or client portal (hosted on Kajabi) after the first and sixth Zoom calls. 
• Please allow 48 hours for the Hypnotherapy Audios to be produced and delivered.

(e) Support. 
You will receive unlimited Voxer support during the duration of our agreement

• Voxer support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm Central Time.
• Voxer messages received outside of these hours will be answered during the next business day.
• Please note that Voxer messages may not be answered immediately to respect other clients' time and boundaries.

Coach will provide you with the tools necessary to master your emotions and mindset, let go of and heal the past, and reconnect to your true essence. 

You agree your results are a direct reflection of your ability to implement the material provided and agree to make time to implement the training.

2. PROFESSIONAL FEES
This section will auto-populate with your Payment Schedule
You understand that all payments are nonrefundable.

a) Declined Payment Policy
Any outstanding payments are due, in full, within 7 days of the first declined payment. Email notifications of incomplete payments will be delivered, providing detailed steps to bring the account into good standing. Should requests for payment receive no response or the account remain overdue 7 days after the first declined payment, access to program benefits will be suspended. Access will be reinstated if payment is made in full 14 days after the original payment date unless we provide a written modification to your payment terms in writing.

3. PRIVACY POLICY. Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal information and protect your privacy. It may be necessary for you to share sensitive and confidential information. We use this information to maximize your success in the program, to improve our program, and to develop new ones. We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those set out in this Privacy Policy

4. YOU CONTROL YOUR SUCCESS. Coach promises to provide you with the best recipes for success, but it is up to you to use these recipes and techniques to maximize results. Nothing in this Agreement and nothing in our statements to you shall be construed as promises or guarantees of your results in the Program.

5. IF A PROBLEM ARISES FROM THIS AGREEMENT. We are confident you will successfully complete the Program. However, if a dispute does arise from this Agreement, you agree to resolve the dispute by submitting to neutral binding arbitration, and agree not to seek court intervention as an alternative. Avoiding unnecessary court fees and costs ensures that we will have more time, energy and money to invest in your success.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. You understand this is the entire Agreement between the parties. You understand that no other promises or agreements have been made except for those described in this Agreement.

7. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement will not take effect, and we will have no obligation to provide services until you return a signed copy of this Agreement and we successfully process your Coaching Fee called for in Paragraph 2 of this Agreement.

By acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions you are indicating your understanding and agreement to the terms above.
